How does €50 cashback when you collect in person work?
Order the appliance as normal. In the basket you choose "Collect in person" as the delivery method instead of home delivery. After the pickup in 's-Hertogenbosch we transfer €50 per appliance back to the account you paid with, within 3 working days. If you collect 3 appliances, you receive €150 cashback.
Where do I collect my appliance?
At our warehouse in 's-Hertogenbosch. Straight after your order you receive a confirmation with the exact address and the opening hours. You can collect between 08:00 and 17:00 on working days.
Is the €50 taken off my price up front?
No, you first pay the full purchase price at checkout. After the pickup we transfer the amount back to you. That keeps it simple: one price on the site, one payment, and your benefit follows straight after collection.
When will the amount be in my account?
Within 3 working days of the pickup. We transfer it back to the account you paid with (iDEAL, credit card or bank transfer). With Klarna or SprayPay the €50 is offset against your outstanding instalment.
Can I still collect my appliance today?
Yes, if it is in stock. Products marked "In stock - available immediately" can be collected the same day. Place your order before 17:00 and it will be waiting for you in Den Bosch. For backorder products you can collect as soon as the appliance has come in.
What do I need to bring when collecting?
A valid form of ID and your order confirmation (digital is fine). Also make sure there is enough room in your car, as a washing machine, dishwasher or fridge quickly takes up a lot of space. We arrange help with loading on site.
Does the cashback also apply during Black Friday or other promotions?
Yes. The €50 cashback when you collect in person applies per appliance and on top of the promotional price. Whether you choose a product from our Holiday Pay 2026 deals or a regular product, you get €50 back for every appliance you collect yourself.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
No problem. You have 30 days to change your mind, on collection orders too. Send the appliance back unused and you will get the full purchase price refunded (the €50 cashback is offset in that case).
