Lead time & delivery
In stock and ordered before 17.00 on working days
Your order can be in your home as early as the next working day — both
parcels (small white goods, accessories) via DPD and white goods via the
Pro Witgoed Service. For white goods we deliver by appointment: you choose your
preferred delivery day at checkout, usually within 2 to 5 working days.
Not in stock / stock still to arrive
In that case a delivery time of approximately 5 working days applies.
Delivery of white goods
White goods are delivered by PostNL Extra@Home or our own courier service,
up to the 4th floor (also without a lift), throughout the Netherlands and
Belgium. The evening before delivery you receive a 3-hour time slot.
Installation of the new appliance and return of the old appliance are possible
when you select that option at checkout.
Delivery of parcels
Parcels are delivered by DPD.
Operating days
Deliveries take place on working days and on Saturdays (Pro Witgoed
Service), with the exception of national public holidays.
