Depending on your appliance, we choose between two delivery routes, both carefully picked for the best service.

Which delivery do I get?
We decide for each product which route suits best.
Parcel delivery via DPD
Microwaves, hobs, cooker hoods and accessories up to 31 kg. Order before 17:00 and it arrives tomorrow.
Pro Witgoed Service
Washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, dishwashers and built-in ovens. Delivered, installed and your old appliance taken away.
DPD parcel delivery
How small appliances are delivered
Ordered before 17:00? Delivered the next working day, without installation or additional services.

FAQs
Questions about delivery
How do I know which delivery route my product will take?
Washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, dishwashers and built-in ovens go via our Pro Witgoed Service. Microwaves, hobs, cooker hoods and accessories up to 31 kg go via DPD.
Can I still change my delivery date?
With the Pro Witgoed Service: yes, via the tracking link in your confirmation email. With DPD: you can change your delivery address or pick-up point in the DPD app for as long as the parcel is still on its way.
What if I am not at home for the delivery?
With the Pro Witgoed Service we arrange a new appointment together. With DPD the driver tries again and otherwise leaves it at a DPD pick-up point.
Do you deliver on Saturdays too?
Yes, both the DPD parcels and the Pro-Witgoed service.
How long does delivery take?
In stock and ordered before 17:00, your order can be with you the very next working day, both parcels (DPD) and home appliances (Pro Witgoed Service). For home appliances you choose your own delivery day at checkout, usually within 2 to 5 working days.
Do you deliver to Belgium too?
Yes, the whole of the Netherlands and Belgium. With DPD and PostNL extra@home there is at most 1 extra working day of delivery time.
