Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (pay later) and Spray Pay (instalments).
When is my payment taken?
With direct payment methods straight away; with Klarna/Spray Pay according to the provider's payment terms.
Can I pay later?
Yes, via Klarna (within 14 or 30 days) or in instalments via Spray Pay.
Do I receive an invoice?
Yes, it comes with your confirmation email and is also in your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as the order has not been scheduled yet. Contact us straight away.
Is paying with you secure?
Yes. All our payments run through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption.
