Which appliances do you install?
Washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges and dishwashers, freestanding models only. We do not install built-in appliances.
How do I set my delivery date?
You choose your preferred delivery day straight away at the checkout. You can change it later via the tracking link in your confirmation email. The evening before, you are given a precise 3-hour time slot.
Is the installation really free?
Yes. Delivery, installation, taking back your old appliance and removing the packaging are included. No surprises.
Will you take my old appliance away?
Yes, as long as it is comparable in type and size, disconnected and ready by the front door or in the new spot.
How long does installation take?
Usually 15 to 45 minutes per appliance. Our delivery team rings 30 minutes in advance. No waiting in all morning.
Do you deliver to upper floors?
Yes, up the stairs to the fourth floor. With a suitable lift no floor is too high.
