A built-in cooker hood is the most discreet choice: it disappears into a cupboard. All other styles are among the cooker hoods.
Our built-in hoods are 52 cm wide and fit inside a wall cupboard above the hob. The cupboard needs room for the motor and the duct. The exact installation dimensions are in the manual.
Up to 610 m³ per hour, enough for most kitchens. Allow about ten times the volume of your kitchen per hour. At the highest setting it makes 66 dB.
A built-in hood sits inside the cupboard, an under-cabinet cooker hood hangs below it and a telescopic or flat hood has a flat or pull-out screen. A built-in hood is the most hidden.
With a duct to the outside, steam and smells really leave the house. Without a duct you use the hood in recirculation mode with a carbon filter; it is not included. Check the manual for which mode your model supports. A new hob as well? See the hobs.
