A flat cooker hood is a slim hood that hangs under a wall cupboard. A telescopic hood sits inside the cupboard itself: when you cook, you pull the screen forward so the hood also catches the steam above the front burners. Push the screen back and the hood almost disappears. Want a hood you cannot see at all? See the built-in cooker hoods.

A telescopic or flat cooker hood is small and discreet, yet its screen still catches the steam above the whole hob. All other styles are among the cooker hoods.
A telescopic hood is built into a wall cupboard and has a screen you pull forward. A flat hood hangs under the cupboard. Looking for a classic hood without a screen? See the under-cabinet cooker hoods.
At least as wide as your hob. Most models are 60 cm wide and made for a 60 cm wall cupboard. For a 75 or 90 cm hob there is a 90 cm flat hood.
Our telescopic and flat hoods extract 330 to 630 m³ per hour. Allow about ten times the volume of your kitchen per hour: a 30 m³ kitchen needs around 300 m³/h. Do you often cook with a wok or frying pan? Choose a stronger model.
With a duct to the outside, steam and smells really leave the house. Without a duct you use the hood in recirculation mode with a carbon filter; it is not included with these models. Check per model which mode it supports. Prefer black? See the black cooker hoods.
