What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
291-litre fridge-freezer with ‘No Frost’, water dispenser and inverter compressor, from the outlet. There is a dent on the side.
No Frost This means you’ll never have to defrost it again, and the inverter keeps the temperature stable without constantly running at full power. This technology is fully intact within the appliance; the dent is on the outer wall and does not affect the insulation or the cooling circuit.
If you position a fridge with a small dent on the side between two cupboards, you won’t notice it at all. One year of warranty, free delivery and installation, old appliance collected.
