What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
304-litre built-in fridge with ‘No Frost’, from the outlet. There is damage to the side of the door and the front.
With a built-in appliance, this is a special case. A built-in fridge is concealed behind a kitchen cupboard door that you fit yourself — the front of the appliance is completely hidden from view once installed. So you’ll never see the damage shown in the photos once it’s been fitted.
That makes a built-in fridge with damage the smartest buy in the whole outlet: you pay less for something that’ll be hidden behind a door in your home. One year of warranty, free delivery and installation.
