What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
23-litre freestanding combination microwave with AirFry function in black, from the outlet. The box is damaged, but the appliance is unused.
Unlike built-in models, this appliance stands freestanding on the worktop, so the housing remains visible. This makes it particularly important that the damage was limited to the cardboard: the black finish is flawless.
Reheat, grill and air-fry in a single appliance, with eleven power settings. One year of warranty for this particular unit with transport damage that has been absorbed by the box.
