There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.
PostNL Extra@Home does not carry this appliance up the stairs. If you live on an upper floor without a lift, please arrange help to move it upstairs.

There are no photos of damage for this product because there is none. With an appliance of this size, the box is inevitably large and fragile; the contents have not been affected in any way. The doors close tightly, the stainless steel is undamaged, and the dispenser works.
