Heinner: what you should know

Almost everything we sell is Heinner. So here are the facts about the brand: who is behind it, which segment it sits in and what you get from us on top of the appliance.

Who is behind Heinner?

Heinner is a Romanian brand. It belongs to Network One Distribution in Bucharest, which also owns the Fram brand and is listed as the manufacturer in EPREL, the European energy label database. Pro Witgoed sells the brand in the Netherlands and Belgium. In Germany we trade as Pro Hausgeräte.

What kind of brand is Heinner?

A value-for-money brand, not a premium one. You pay for an appliance that simply does its job, without the surcharge of a famous name. Our honest verdict, backed by figures from our range, is in Is Heinner a good brand?

Warranty and service

We give a 5-year warranty on every new Heinner appliance. That is a Pro Witgoed commitment, not a brand standard. If something breaks, you contact our customer service and the repair is handled by our own engineers.

Watch the energy label

Heinner fridges and freezers are often in class D or E. More efficient models exist, but you have to look for them: filter by energy label. Washing machines are the other way round, with most models in the efficient classes; see the energy-efficient washing machines.
