Frequently asked questions
How much room does the Heinner HCF-HM246INVCD take up?
The chest is 95.5 cm wide, 85 cm high and 62.5 cm deep and weighs 32 kg. For a 246 litre chest freezer that is compact: it fits in a utility room, garage or storage room without taking up a whole wall. Do allow for free space above the lid.
How many baskets are included?
One basket is supplied. The rest of the contents you stack loose in the chest, which is usual with a chest freezer. If you want more organisation, separate crates or bags for each type of product work well.
What are the convertible function and the inverter motor good for?
With the convertible function you switch the appliance from chest freezer to fridge, so you can also use it as extra fridge capacity. The inverter motor regulates output gradually; this model has an annual consumption of 172 kWh, energy rating D and a noise level of 39 dB. It freezes 14 kg per 24 hours.
