What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Pros and cons of this appliance
- Dishwasher-safe filters. Cleaning without the scrubbing.
- 3 speed settings. From the lowest setting to full power over the pan.
- Higher consumption than the median of its type. 56 kWh a year against 47 kWh for the median model among our cooker hoods. That is roughly €3 a year more in electricity.
Compared with the cooker hoods in our own range. Electricity costs calculated at €0.35 per kWh.
Product description
60 cm under-cabinet extractor hood with three speeds, from the outlet. The appliance is unused; only the packaging sustained a knock during transport.
An under-cabinet extractor hood slides under a wall unit and is largely hidden from view. All you can still see is the lower edge with the controls, and that is in perfect condition here. The extraction capacity of 326.4 m³/h is exactly the same as that of a unit in an undamaged box.
This cooker hood falls into the ‘box only damaged’ category: the appliance itself has never been touched. Anyone buying white goods with packaging damage is effectively paying for cardboard that would have ended up in a skip anyway. One year of warranty, and we check every appliance before it leaves our premises.
