What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.
Our delivery crew does not carry this appliance up the stairs. If you live on an upper floor without a lift, please arrange help to move it upstairs.

Product description
516-litre French-door American-style fridge with ‘No Frost’, from the outlet. There is a dent on the right-hand door and some scratches on the bottom freezer drawer.
With a French Door fridge, you open the two fridge doors outwards; the freezer drawers are at the bottom, below hip height. You can only see the scratches on that bottom drawer if you kneel down in front of it. The dent on the right-hand door is the only damage at eye level — take a look at the photos, as they show exactly how big it is.
516 litres is plenty of space for a large family’s weekly shop, and a dent doesn’t change that. Anyone willing to buy a white good with a minor dent is getting a model here that, when new, falls into a different price bracket. One year of warranty, free delivery and installation, old appliance taken away.
