What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Pros and cons of this appliance
- Roomy. 272 litres, which puts it in the roomiest quarter of our freestanding freezers.
- Large freezer compartment. 272 litres for freezing alone, in the roomiest quarter of our freestanding freezers.
- No Frost. The freezer compartment forms no ice, so you never have to defrost by hand.
- Higher consumption than the median of its type. 245 kWh a year against 190 kWh for the median model among our freestanding freezers. That is roughly €19 a year more in electricity.
Compared with the freestanding freezers in our own range. Electricity costs calculated at €0.35 per kWh.
Product description
272-litre freestanding freezer with ‘No Frost’ and ‘Convertible’ function, from the outlet. There are small dents on the top of the door.
With the Convertible setting, you can also use this freezer as a fridge — handy if, depending on the season, you need more fridge space than freezer space. This function is built into the control panel and is completely unrelated to the dents in the bodywork.
The damage is at the top of the door, out of sight once the freezer is in place. One year of warranty, free delivery and installation. A freezer with a dent freezes just as well as one without.
