Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
Black 800-watt built-in microwave, from the outlet. This appliance has never been used; any damage is on the outside of the box.
Built-in appliances are rarely chosen on their own. Usually, there’s an oven underneath, the cupboard doors next to it are the same colour, and the whole thing has to match — if one front panel stands out, the whole row falls apart. With black, this counts double: damage stands out more sharply on dark paintwork than on stainless steel. That is precisely why we checked that the front panel was in perfect condition before the appliance went into the outlet, and it is.
Eight hundred watts is the standard power rating for everyday reheating and defrosting. The turntable motor, the door lock and the control panel have been checked and are in working order.
One year of warranty. This model is dispatched as a flat-pack.
