What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

The same appliance as new, with our full service and guarantee. Only cheaper because of a cosmetic blemish or because it is a return.
Pros and cons of this appliance
- 800.0 watts of power. This is what determines how fast it heats.
- 20.0 litres of capacity. This determines which dish will fit.
- Small turntable. 25 cm across, in the smallest quarter of our built-in microwaves. A large oven dish will not fit.
Compared with the built-in microwaves in our own range.
Product description
20-litre built-in microwave with mechanical controls, from the outlet. The outer box is dented, but the appliance remains unopened.
This microwave is designed to be concealed within a cupboard recess. Once fitted, you will see the stainless steel front with two rotary knobs; the rest sits flush against the side walls of the cupboard. A dent in the packaging has absolutely no effect on this.
Mechanical knobs are durable and require no settings — just turn and you’re done. One year of warranty on this unit, which has minor damage to nothing but the box.
