What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Pros and cons of this appliance
- Roomy. 28 litres, which puts it in the roomiest quarter of our built-in microwaves.
- Powerful. 900 watts of microwave power, in the most powerful quarter of our built-in microwaves.
- 900.0 watts of power. This is what determines how fast it heats.
- 28.0 litres of capacity. This determines which dish will fit.
Compared with the built-in microwaves in our own range.
Product description
28-litre built-in combination microwave with grill, from the outlet. The packaging arrived damaged; the appliance itself was undamaged.
Twenty-eight litres is plenty of space for a built-in microwave — a large oven dish fits upright inside. It is precisely because of this size that the box is substantial and absorbs most of the knocks during transport. That is exactly what packaging is designed to do.
You’ll receive an unused appliance with 900W microwave power and 1000W grill power, and one year of warranty. For anyone looking for white goods with minor damage: in this case, the damage is limited to the cardboard box, which you’ll be binning anyway.
