What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

The same appliance as new, with our full service and guarantee. Only cheaper because of a cosmetic blemish or because it is a return.
Product description
8 kg built-in washing machine with a spin speed of 1400 rpm, from the outlet. We have one of this model in stock, and only the packaging has been damaged. The appliance itself has never been used: it arrived, was tested by our technician and then repackaged straight away.
With a built-in machine, that’s particularly important. This appliance will soon be hidden behind a cupboard door, where you’ll only be able to use the controls and won’t see the front at all. In that case, a damaged box says nothing about what you’ll actually see in your kitchen — and yet, according to service standards, the appliance can no longer be sold as ‘new’.
Here, you’re buying an unused appliance with damaged packaging, with ‘one year of warranty’, delivered and connected free of charge.
