What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

The same appliance as new, with our full service and guarantee. Only cheaper because of a cosmetic blemish or because it is a return.
Product description
7 kg top-loading washing machine with a spin speed of 1200 rpm, from the outlet. This unit was returned because the buyer changed their mind, and it has some minor scratches.
With a top-loading washing machine, you operate the machine from the top: the door is in the top panel, which also houses the programme control panel. The sides, where scratches usually appear on this type of returned item, are the parts that are hidden away between the cupboards. A top-loading machine is chosen anyway for its narrow width and the fact that you don’t have to bend down — not because of what the sides look like.
The appliance has never been used. One year of warranty, delivered and connected free of charge.
