What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
Washing machine, from the outlet. This one has a dent on the side and the front. A washing machine is usually positioned with at least one side against a wall or a cupboard. You see the front every time you do a wash. The only difference from a new one is that the original packaging is no longer there. The damage occurred during transport. The appliance was returned due to a fault. Our technician fitted a new foot and then carried out a full test.
8 kg, 1,300 rpm, width 40 cm, energy label A. One year of warranty. The damage is visible, and this is reflected in the discount.
