What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
262-litre fridge-freezer with LED lighting, from the outlet. There is a dent at the bottom of the fridge door.
This is below knee height. You won’t notice it when opening the door, and once the door is closed, the bottom edge is hidden in the shadow of the appliance itself. If the fridge is placed in a recess or next to a cupboard, it won’t be visible at all.
Otherwise, the appliance is unused: 191 litres of fridge capacity, 71 litres of freezer capacity, electronically controlled. White goods with a small dent below knee height cost less and cool just as well. One year of warranty, free delivery and installation, old appliance collected.
