Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a chimney cooker hood and an integrated cooker hood?
A chimney cooker hood hangs free on the wall above the cooker and at the same time acts as a decorative element in the kitchen. An integrated model is built in underneath a kitchen cupboard and is less visible.
Can the Heinner DCH-6590TIX work both in extraction and in recirculation mode?
Yes, the cooker hood is suitable for external ducting as well as for recirculation. For recirculation you need a carbon filter, which is available separately.
How big should the cooker hood be in relation to my hob?
As a rule of thumb, the cooker hood should be at least as wide as the hob. With a hob of 90 cm the Heinner DCH-6590TIX is a direct match.
This cooker hood is ideally suited to anyone with a spacious kitchen and a wide cooking zone who also values a well cared for appearance. Landlords looking for a durable and low-maintenance cooker hood for several properties will find this model a practical and keenly priced choice too.
