Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a heat pump tumble dryer and a condenser tumble dryer?
A heat pump tumble dryer reuses the warm air internally through a heat exchanger, whereas a condenser tumble dryer expels that heat and loses it. As a result a heat pump tumble dryer uses considerably less energy.
Does a heat pump tumble dryer need a drain?
No, the condensation water is collected in a removable tank that you empty regularly. You can also connect the dryer to a drain if that is more convenient.
Is a heat pump tumble dryer suitable for all types of fabric?
Yes, very much so. Because heat pump tumble dryers work at lower temperatures, they are gentler on delicate fabrics such as wool and synthetics.
This Heinner heat pump tumble dryer is ideally suited to families with a large pile of washing, first-time buyers who want a future-proof appliance straight away, and landlords looking for a solid, affordable dryer for their property.
