What do we install for you?
Automatically included with all freestanding appliances. We do not install built-in appliances.
Washing machines
Levelled, connected and test run. Transit bolts removed.
Tumble dryers
Put in place, connected and test run.

Positioned and connected. Tip: leave it standing for 2 hours before switching on.

Connected to water, waste and electricity. Test run completed.

Which appliances do you install?
Washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges and dishwashers, freestanding models only. We do not install built-in appliances.
How do I set my delivery date?
You choose your preferred delivery day straight away in your basket. You can change it later via the tracking link in your confirmation email. The evening before, you are given a precise 3-hour time slot.
Is the installation really free?
Yes, for freestanding appliances. Delivery, installation, collection of your old appliance and disposal of packaging materials are included. We deliver built-in appliances and cookers free of charge but do not install them; small appliances such as microwaves and extractor hoods are delivered as parcels via DPD.
Will you take my old appliance away?
Yes, as long as it is comparable in type and size, disconnected and ready by the front door or in the new spot.
How long does installation take?
Usually 15 to 45 minutes per appliance. Our delivery team rings 30 minutes in advance. No waiting in all morning.
Do you deliver to upper floors?
Yes, via the stairs up to the fourth floor. Please let us know in advance so that the delivery staff know what to expect. With a suitable lift, no floor is too high.
