A washing machine usually sits in a utility room or bathroom, and normally with at least one side against the wall. Cosmetic damage therefore shows far less than on an appliance standing in the middle of your kitchen. A dent in a side panel disappears the moment the machine stands between the cabinet and the wall. A scratch on the door or the control panel is something you look at with every wash. That is why every appliance states where the damage is, with photos of that unit. The conditions: Box damaged only, Lightly damaged and Visibly damaged.
Start with the load: 6 to 7 kg for one or two people, 8 kg for a family, 9 kg or more for a large household. The spin speed determines how dry the laundry comes out of the drum; 1400 rpm saves noticeable drying time compared with 1000. The energy label weighs heavily on an appliance that runs every week for years. For comparison, the new models are in the washing machines category.
A washer dryer washes and dries in one appliance and saves you the space of a second machine. The drying side has a smaller capacity than the washing side, so with a full load you take part of it out halfway. If you have room for two appliances, a separate washing machine and dryer are faster and more economical.
A washing machine quickly weighs seventy kilos and has to stand level, otherwise it walks during the spin cycle. We deliver free of charge, put the appliance in place, connect it and remove the transit bolts. Your old washing machine is taken away free of charge. The full outlet holds other appliances too.

That is right. Of almost every model there is exactly one in the outlet, because each appliance has its own damage and its own photos. Once sold, it disappears from this list. The model itself is usually still available new.
Yes, and that is as it should be. Without transit bolts a washing machine cannot be moved; the drum hangs free and gets damaged. Our engineer removes them during installation and leaves them with you. Keep them, you will need them again when you move.
