A customer returned the appliance, or the box was damaged in transit. Technically there is nothing wrong with it.

We plug in every appliance and check it fully. If it does not work like new, we do not sell it as graded.

We describe in plain language what each appliance has. For large visible damage we add a photo of that specific unit.

What does graded mean exactly?
Graded appliances are new, but the box was damaged or there is a scratch. Often a customer returned them within the cooling-off period. They are unused or barely used, fully tested, and work like new.
What condition is a graded appliance in?
Technically it works like new. Cosmetically it differs per appliance, and you choose the condition yourself. A: as new, packaging damage only. B: one small scratch. C: several scratches. For every appliance we describe exactly what it has, and for large visible damage we add a photo of that unit.
Do I get a warranty on a graded appliance?
Yes, a three-year Pro Witgoed warranty. On a new appliance we give five years; on graded three, because the appliance has already made a trip. This is not a small-print story: same service, same engineers.
Why is graded cheaper?
Because the appliance has already made a trip or has a small cosmetic flaw, we offer it at a substantial discount. The more visible the damage, the lower the price. Technically you get the same quality as new.
How is my graded appliance delivered?
The same way as our new appliances. At checkout you choose the delivery option that suits the product.
