Do you want to cancel your order? Click “Withdraw from the contract” below. You then fill in a short form and confirm; your withdrawal only reaches us after that confirmation. You do not have to give a reason. You have 14 days from the day you received the order.

Questions about returns
How do I register a return?
Send an email to service@pro-witgoed.com or use the contact form. Include your order number and the reason. We will reply within 1 working day with the next steps.
What is the best way to package my return?
The original box is ideal, but not compulsory. Just make sure the product is packed well and securely for the return, so that it is not damaged in transit.
Please note: for a full refund it is important that you return the product in its original condition and undamaged. If we receive the product damaged or incomplete, we may deduct an amount from the sum to be refunded.
Can I try my product out?
Yes. 30 days to change your mind means exactly that. You may connect the appliance and use it to establish its nature, characteristics and how it works. Not what you were after? Then you can send it back.
Please bear in mind that you are liable for any loss in value if you have used the appliance more than was necessary to assess it. In that case we may deduct an amount from the sum we refund.
Can I also return just part of my order?
Yes. You can decide per product what you keep and what you return.
When will I get my money back?
Within 14 days of receiving and checking your return, via the same payment method you paid with.
Does the returns period also apply to reduced or second-hand products?
Yes. The 30-day cooling-off period applies to our entire range, without exception.
