What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

The same appliance as new, with our full service and guarantee. Only cheaper because of a cosmetic blemish or because it is a return.
Product description
A 260-litre anthracite-grey fridge-freezer with a water dispenser, from the outlet. The packaging is damaged; the appliance itself is in perfect condition.
With an appliance 180 cm high, the box is correspondingly large, and such a large package is bound to sustain damage during every handling. This particular unit has remained unopened ever since — no scratches, no dents, just the cardboard that didn’t make it.
The water dispenser, the adjustable thermostat and the reversible door all work like new. This is a white good with packaging damage and nothing else. One year of warranty, free delivery and installation, and we’ll take your old appliance away.
