What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
A 260-litre fridge-freezer with a stainless steel-look water dispenser, from the outlet. There are dents on the front, at the bottom near the freezer compartment.
On this model, the freezer compartment is at the bottom, which is exactly where the dents are — below hip height, on the drawer furthest from eye level. The fridge compartment above it, the door and the water dispenser are in perfect condition.
Functionally, there are no issues: the drawer closes properly and the freezer maintains its temperature. One year of warranty, free delivery and installation. For anyone looking to buy damaged white goods without compromising on space or performance.
