How to redeem them
In My account you turn your points into a personal discount voucher: €10 per 500 points, up to €40 at a time.

A voucher is worth at most 20% of your order (€10 from €50) and stays valid for 2 years. You can use one voucher per order, together with a bundle deal but not with another discount code. It works with the email address of your account.
Good to know

Points from an order become available 30 days after dispatch.
Until then they are pending. If you get money back, for example after a return, the points for that amount are deducted.

If an order on which you used a voucher is returned in full, you get the points back.

Points stay valid for 24 months from the moment they become available.
If points expire within 30 days, My account shows it.

You earn automatically with the email address you order with.
Your orders since 18 May 2026 count too.

Points and vouchers you already have remain valid.
