What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
A 10 kg washing machine with a spin speed of 1,400 rpm and energy label A, from the outlet. This unit is in perfect condition: there are no dents or scratches. The only thing missing is the box.
This is the most frustrating category in our outlet. According to service standards, an appliance without its original packaging can no longer be sold as new, even if there is nothing wrong with the appliance itself. Our technician has tested and approved it; otherwise, it is identical to the same model sold in our regular shop.
Furthermore, an energy label of A for a 10 kg capacity is by no means a given — larger drums are often one class lower. One year of warranty, delivered and installed free of charge.
