What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

The same appliance as new, with our full service and guarantee. Only cheaper because of a cosmetic blemish or because it is a return.
Product description
60 cm cooker hood with three speeds, LED lighting and recirculation, from the outlet. This unit was returned and has never been used.
A cooker hood that is returned has usually not been mounted on the wall. This is also the case with this unit: there are no drill holes in the mounting bracket, the grease filters are clean and the hood has never been connected to the mains. We do not know what the previous buyer thought of it; what we do know is that the appliance was returned to us unused and therefore can no longer be sold as new.
One year of warranty. This model is dispatched as a parcel.
