What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
Black 60 cm under-cabinet extractor hood, from the outlet. The box was damaged in transit; the appliance is unused.
Black white goods tend to appear more damaged than they actually are: every smudge stands out on a dark finish, which is precisely why this one has been checked. What you’ll receive is a smooth black hood with an extraction capacity of 190 m³/h — enough for a small to medium-sized kitchen, where you’ll mainly use the hood whilst there’s just one pan on the hob.
