What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
A 291-litre fridge-freezer with TotalNo Frost, from the outlet. This unit has a few minor marks and dents on the front.
To be honest, that’s the worst possible spot. The front of a fridge is the only surface that’s always in plain sight, and anyone placing this appliance in the open in their kitchen will see those marks. That’s why photos are included: please have a look at them before you order. If the fridge is to be placed between two cupboards or in a utility room, it’s a different story — in that case, you’re getting 291 litres with a ‘No Frost’ at a price you wouldn’t get for a flawless model.
There’s nothing wrong with how it works: same capacity, same ‘No Frost’, same energy rating. One year of warranty, delivered and installed free of charge.
