What does this mean?
What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

The same appliance as new, with our full service and guarantee. Only cheaper because of a cosmetic blemish or because it is a return.
Product description
28-litre built-in microwave with grill and digital display, from the outlet. There are three of this model, and all three are missing their original boxes. The appliances themselves are in perfect working order.
That may sound like a trivial matter, and in this case it is, because a built-in microwave isn’t going to survive the cardboard box anyway. It will end up in a cupboard recess where only the front remains visible, and the box will be thrown away with the waste paper the very same day. Nevertheless, an appliance without its original packaging can no longer be sold as new — which is why it’s listed here.
One year of warranty. This model is dispatched as a parcel.
