What does each condition mean?
Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.
Box damaged only
There is nothing to see on the appliance itself: only the box picked up a dent or a tear. The appliance has had little or no use and looks new.
Lightly damaged
One or two small scratches or dents, usually on a side or on the door. The photos of this unit show you where they are.
Visibly damaged
Several scratches or a dent you notice straight away. Technically there is nothing wrong; you can simply see that something happened to it.

Product description
A washer-dryer combination with an 8 kg wash capacity and a 5 kg dry capacity, from the outlet. There are three of this model, in three different conditions, and all three have had some work done on them before they went on sale.
On the first unit, a leg had broken off; this has been replaced, and the appliance is now as good as new. The second unit has been fitted with two new shock absorbers and has been running as it should ever since. The third unit sustained damage to the casing all round and was subsequently checked and approved by our technician.
That’s the difference with a clearance lot: here, each unit has been inspected to identify any faults and these have been rectified, with a test report provided. The condition you choose determines what you see on the outside — the photos on this page are of the specific unit you select. One year of warranty, delivered and set up free of charge.
