Every outlet appliance is given a condition based on what you can see on the outside. Technically all conditions are sound: the more visible the damage, the lower the price.

Three minor imperfections on a front panel measuring almost two square metres — that is why this appliance has been graded as ‘B’ and not lower. Moreover, scratches are less noticeable on white than on stainless steel or black, where every little mark catches the light.
